WANTED!! (added 17/2/10) Small herd of Welsh Mountain Ponies wanted to graze a designated wetland site in Dorset, near Dorchester. The area is 40 acres and can be grazed year round permanently. The owner is quite happy to have the ponies accredited to him if that suits the present owner or to have them remain in their present ownership or whatever arrangement suits both parties. Ponies can be changed every now and again but it would be preferable that it is a small herd that remains fairly constant. On another part of the estate, there is a small herd of Exmoor ponies grazing heath land under similar conditions.

8yrs, This cracking mare has competed in SJ and is rarely beaten, WHP top level, 2008 NPS spring winning and Reserve Champion, many other wins, ODE, Dressage, loves cross-country, hunted with the Wilton, would suit a competent, competitive pony club child as a 2^nd pony, she has a lot to give and will bring the right child to the next level. Great indoors and out, not fazed by much at all and can be left at the trailer/lorry. She is a forward going fun ride.

She is good in all traffic, to shoe, box, around children and dogs, catch and in the stable and field, has no vices and is fully vaccinated. Is now sadly outgrown.

Napoleon was previously my stud stallion, Po was gelded and broken at 9 yrs old, bright bay, and masses of presence, he is brilliant for the gelding in hand classes.

He is now looking for a new home and would be ideal for a good child coming off an A or B and wanting to go straight into the bigger classes, or even an adult wanting some fun. He is very quiet and easy to produce, a well schooled comfortable ride, and very good and easy in all ways, has been escorting our youngsters out, and occasionally ridden out by my 9yr old daughter (who is sadly too small for him) numerous wins and placings, inc 5th RWAS ridden, best gelding in hand Northleach, always placed in hoys and Olympia qualifiers etc etc, attended Matthew Lawrence clinic last year and did some jumping, which he showed some promise and enjoyed. He really is a very easy going, lovely chap, who deserves far more fun than we are currently able to give him, we have two of his sons retained to compete with this year, plus others, so sadly someone must go.
